' Caribbean Restaurants Guide: Coyaba Restaurant

Coyaba Restaurant

At Coyaba (an old Arawak Indian word meaning Heavenly) we are absolutely passionate about food! The Chefs bring a continuous creative infusion of perfectionism to Contemporary Caribbean Cuisine that has made other cuisine gastronomically appealing and famous.

They enjoy preparing new and inventive dishes along with Old classics with a ‘twist’ for your dining pleasure in an elegantly appointed Gazebo Style restaurant with a very rom antic ambiance.Try several different appetizers instead of one more-expensive entrĂ©e for dinner; guava-and-tamarind barbecue ribs and coconut shrimp tempura are two good choices if you go that route. If you enjoy creative menus, this is the place for you. Chef Paul keeps the resident expat crowd happy with traditional favorites like lemon meringue pie, albeit with his own tropical twist. Don't skip dessert; Paul makes the most incredible chocolate fondant you will ever have, and the service is seamless.
